I've been running this build with an XL300, and max armor. This build works great Cattra! I can poptart, I can chase lights, and I can core mechs at 200m. Great build
When leveling the 5K the B version worked like a charm for me. I can't remember wether I used the STD 300 or a bigger XL like the 325, though. Great build, very flexible, usable at all ranges.
I am still a bit new to all this, just bought a QKD 5k. How the heck did you get all that equipment into your Mech. I have no slots, no room. and no weight to add most of that LOL I own a Jenner f(c) Hundhie 4p (c) and a Pretty baby, all mastered so I am not clue less (although my wife might argue that point some days) Any hints would be welcome and appreciated. Charge on..
Welcome to the forums! I think you are probably not adding Endo and Ferro? Start without weapons, then add Endo-Steel and Ferro-Fibrous (these will give you a lot more weight at the cost of 14+14 slots). Now add in weapons, engine, heatsinks (don't forget to put some in the engine) and adjust armor.
Quality build. I use an XL variant of the Version 2 to put in a full array of JJs and a couple more DHS. Very effective at medium range, decent ground speed, and really, really high jumping.
Above version but with a slower standard engine I stripped from my thunderbolts (TDR-5SS is my favorite energy boat). I think the OP build sacrifices too much for its speed.
I saw the JJ version of this last night in a game for the first time, I was spectating the person and was seriously impressed at the abilities of this build. He pumped out 695 damage taking 5 people with him. Very agile for a heavy mech, able to provide many different shot angles. +1
