To your question: No there is no module like artemis for SRMs. Artemis tightens the Spread. For that you just have Artemis. The additional modules for SRMs can be checked at Smurfy here: http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/equipment#module_weaponmod_eptmodule_range Such as extra Range and Cooldowntime Reduction.
Aiming with SRMs is a learned skill...it takes a good amount of work to get the precision needed to use them properly. It is thrown off, however, by some mechs with the new missile velocity quirk, meaning that it changes up how much you need to lead the SRMs to have them hit. Generally speaking, Artemis does make it easier to hit with a good grouping at range, but it's not outright required for SRM4's, more of a personal preference. He did well enough that we got the gist of it
It helps more with hitting all at the same place, than it helps with actually hitting. You stell steal steel (sorry, I couldn't resist ) still have to lead the target if it moves. Anyway, since they introduced missile spread quirks they might also make missile spread modules available one day. I'm not exactly sure if I'll pick it instead of the range increase though. @Vergere : go easy on him, he's a foreigner, obviously not fluent in English. It's not easy. @stellbuddy : there is one thing you can do (on top of your efforts) to help you with writing in English: installing an English dictionary addon to your browser (here's a link for Firefox, but it exists for all browsers, I think). It's not full-proof (for example it would have missed "really to well", instead of "do"), but it's a very good tool for not leaving awful typos (it would have flagged "anay modul"). Actually, I suggest anybody to install one for every language they use.
We should help him with his English and not make him feel uncomfortable. One thing to remember about SRM Stell is that hit-reg isn't always perfect on them. I find it most effective to use a weapon like lazers or ballistic to core them first. SRM are particular effective against crit components.
