First time posting here but here is a build I never seen anyone else using. This build is a bit slow for a Raven but with speed tweak it's still very much tolerable to use. Runs a little hot as well but with elite status it's also tolerable. Armor can be swapped around a little or maybe if you feel less need for it, drop it down to have a better engine. You could also move one of the lasers to the arm (actually I run mine with one laser moved to the arm instead of RT) It does rather well for me and I used it to elite my 2X part of the Raven set.
Hey and welcome to MechSpecs! Like the firepower but it's a little slow to escape other lights, this would work best with another light and ECM. Pretty low armor on the cockpit vs arty or Gauss fanatics. Still, nasty damage at range.
Ah yes the dual gauss users are pretty much my worst enemy with my Ravens although I have yet to ever be headshot in them. Usually they just take out all the armor then damage the torsos to red points. Being paired with someone that has ECM is a great time however and when the enemy seems to be too busy to shoot at you it's a good time.
Update to this build to have a higher rated engine. (XL235) It will overheat faster now but not by much and the extra speed is worth it. You will no longer be outrun by a Stormcrow with a speed tweak.
