I don't use UACs as often, so I'm not sure if that is too much ammo...if so, could swap a ton for a DHS? Anyway, this is another brawler mech, designed to punch through armor in a hurry. The lasers open a hole, the UAC punches through it.
Yeah, ammo is a bit excessive. Why are you using two different kinds of lasers? For twisting purposes? I'd rather do 4 ERMLas as this offers additional ranged options while allowing even more DHS. This switch would also allow exchanging the UAC10 with a Gauss if you shouldn't be satisfied with that one. GR + 4x ERMLas is a great setup on the Stormcrow.
Yep, build itself will sure work, but you can go like : Both have more damage and are more cool. eff, also a single AC10 isn't that good imo, better going for the single ac20/lbx20 for the tonnage
I'd wanted to actually go with 4 MPLs, but they were running too hot. With clantech, I actually prefer to use pulse as much as I can, especially now that the normal lasers have longer burn times. That said, it would've traded off 2 tons of ammo, or some DHS action. But yeah, 4 ERML would work just fine as well. Like I said, I don't use ACs as often (playing lights, I prefer lasers), so I don't know their potential as well
