Feels like playing with the weapon loadout of a Shadow Hawk mixed with the speed and agility of a Black Jack. Because those two are my favorite IS Mechs I feel very comfortable with this loadout. You can easily swap between TC1 and more SRM / UAC Ammo. Looks decent and fits my playstyle hear:
