http://www.mechspecs.com/forum/index.php?topic=4059.0 this is the build I would run for this mech. This build just makes it faster, and less alpha damage by losing the medium laser.
I would exchange 20 kph against 5 dmg Firepower. Its a good deal : ) Especially because the Sustained dps is still higher. Another Option with a bit more alpha dmg would be to replace the LBX10 with two Large Lasers, 3 Double Heatsinks, SSRM2-Ammo, Ferro Fibrous and Armor. This way there is less Ammo to explode or run out. But if you don't care too much about speed and more about alpha dmg maybe you should try an Heavy Mech like this one: Or this one:
