http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/mechlab#i=110&l=a00d9be2ec1475c85a41c9a40e716a9b6ce925e7 Here's my take on the Shadow Hawk. As I'm terrible at staying out of incoming fire I thought I'd boost up the defences a bit. Hence both the Endo-steel and Ferro-fibrous upgrades. It will stagger the hell out of any enemy in your sights and can keep up that barrage for a decent time too. It is quiet nimble and can take a lot of punishment. Draw backs are low overall ammo and heat dumping capacity. It will not build up heat fast with chain fire but will be slow to shed that heat once it builds up. Since this is the first mech build I've posted, i'd welcome some pointers and criticisms.
You've already identified the flaws of your build yourself ^^ way too little ammo and heat dissipation. If you always get into close fights, don't mount streaks! Either depend on hiding behind your allies, depend on allied streaks, or work on another playstyle for this type of build Or just get amazing at hitting lights with AC2s consecutively. In any case, this build sacrifices too much for just 1 t of streaks and is pretty bad.
