I love a high-mounted cUAC10 in the Summoner, and I love cMPLs even after the last range nerf. So why not put them together? This isn't very different conceptually from the excellent "Hodge Podge". Basically it trades a ton of cUAC10 ammo to replace the cERMLs for cMPLs. 3x cMPL of course do less damage than 4x cERML (22.2 vs 28 respectively), but the total damage-per-duration is actually slightly higher (26.12 vs 22.4 respectively), while also being cooler (4.68 HPS vs 5.64 HPS respectively). This helps greatly with fast lights and also means you can torso-twist faster, which in the Summoner works great thanks to its profile. Also thanks to the Prime right arm you get a 10% laser cooldown bonus. The cMPL has a bit less range but it's not so important here because the low-hung Summoner arms aren't very suitable for longer-range engagements anyway.
