I edited your post removing the hyperlink and saving, and it works for me now. Since when did this happen, because you were able to fix build threads like a robot earlier?
Odd, I suspect that it could have to do with your browser version and the current 'secure' mechspecs, skidog and Aylek. I have no experience in dealing with these issues, best bet is to wait for Michael to help with this and/or try to install the latest version.
Modifying threads (changing http to https for example) works just fine, but pasting links by myself doesn't.
I know I've had to go through and edit the hyperlink out of some of my old posts to get the images to show up again... not to get off topic, but...
Nope. Same issue here: There weren't smurfy links before, but just links named after the mechs like 'CTF-1X' https://www.mechspecs.com/threads/ctf-1x-dora-1x-erppc-1x-llas-2x-mlas-1x-ac10-std.763/
This is very confusing, the first post had been deteriorated to only the smurfy code, and the second post had https:// as separate non-hyperlink part next to a hyperlinked smurfy link. Because they differ I still can't say for certain they have been edited in the same way.
I guess it was copying the link from the adress line instead of explicitly waiting for smurfy's popup to show and deliver the 'plain link.'
I can concur. The HTTPS version of Smurfy's Plain Link code from the popup is working for me. Thanks for all the time you guys put into this.
