This started from the 5xLL build, in which I already used a 275 STD with BAP. Designed to put maximum SSRMs onto the target. Possible variant is swapping out a ton of SSRM ammo for an extra DHS. Alt Configuration A This is one variant I'm considering; makes drops 2 DHS and CASE to fit 4xLL+1xTAG on the 275 engine. Can't do much better with a 300 XL.
Not bad! For a little less damage you negate single ECM attacks and still dish out the pain! I like it!
Less? (Heart Puncher / 5xLL) Alpha: 52 / 45 Max DPS: 13.14 / 10.59 Sustained DPS: 4.20 / 4.76 Okay, I have a little less sustained and less damage at range. I should have more damage CT, and it will definitely roast lights.
I can't wait for the BAP change. I tried this out in one match and it just obliterated a Raven that a friendly was countering. Then two D-DCs taught me what it's like to be the rope in tug-o-war.
Trying to figure out the best way to put TAG on this. Options I'm considering are straight swapping one ML to TAG (leaving me with 1 ML that just kind of sits there), going up in engine power and going 2xLL, 2xML, TAG, or going down in engine power or up to an XL 300 and going 4xLL+TAG. All of these with 5xSSRM2 still, of course.
I'm trying to figure out how to do 4xLL + 5xSSRM2 + BAP + AMS and have it not melt my heat sinks as fast as their armor. TAG isn't needed, but I was already low-ish on armor and didn't want to take off half a ton there or try to find it elsewhere. I'm considering either 300 XL (although I've mostly weaned my Stalkers from XL engines, it still is a CT-seeking world) or figuring out some other way to do this. My issue with the LL-ML hybrid variant is it runs too close to a build I like on my 5S/3M which uses 2xERLL as secondaries to a 4xML 4xSRM (SRM 4s or ASRM6s) brawling build, and I want more variety.
I tried 300 XL with 5x each and it ended up running hot. This one is a bit better, but I'm almost considering just dropping the BAP and SSRMs and going with 5xLL. ETA: Compared with the 5xLL build (which I'd have to go with 22 DHS instead of 23 to fit AMS in the side torso), this has slightly more max DPS and slightly less sustained DPS, and has a shorter effective range (270m for the SSRM portion of the damage). However, the SSRMs tracking CT helps up the ease of coring bigs and hitting lights.
Ow damn, i think i tweaked this to a real Monster-Brawler: Enuff Ammo, enuff Cooling if fired in Weapongroups and very speedy for a Stalker.
