    Hi all,

I was experimenting with builds and came up with a surprisingly brutal one for the Timber Wolf; hopefully yall have success with it too. :)

The general idea is to group the two UACs together, using them together will pump out a lot of damage in a short time and make anybody feel your presence, from lights to assaults. I mostly use the small lasers (I mostly use them in chain fire with this spec so I don't overheat) as backup and/or supplementary damage, a little icing on the cake, as it were.

It's also one of the builds that I've been able to clear 1k damage with:

Anyway, hope this brings yall some success on the field and remember that Cpt. Insano shows no mercy! :p

On that, you might like 2xUAC10 also.

BTW your LT would give you massive menalty on movement, and it is not worth the pain.
Use a prime LT or something and upgrade the laser instead.
    You might even consider JJ...

I actually have a run the 2xcUAC10 build on the timber wolf with a good deal of success; ultimately both seem to have the same flaws as eitherway you seem to be pushing the limits of the chasis and you're to the point of deciding between more armor or more ammo. Regardless though, I'm pretty sure that this build can punch harder than the UAC10 builds while having roughly the same sustain in ammo before running dry, though that is under optimal conditions of weapons not jamming.

As for the JJs, I know I'm still a rookie but I'm really not seeing the appeal of them on Heavy mechs in most cases, I mean, yeah it's great to be able to avoid fall damage or get over a tree stump somewhere but most of the people I see that have them on anything other than a Light are mostly trying to be pop-up troll snipers, and when I catch up to those guys then they find they would have been better off with heavier guns or more armor instead of 4 tons of JJs and it seems to be a bigger problem on clan mechs since you're forced into taking X number of them if you want certain hardpoints. I'm not trying to be rude, and I hope I'm not coming off as such, and I know I'm still new, but so far I've only had one good use of JJs on a heavy and that was when I was working on my MAD-5M, and I happened to have them on and used them to shortcut an escape when I had overextended on accident.
