A rapid assault build with 4 JJ, 4 MPL, and SSRM 20 SSRMs have different cooldowns, negating any real problems with heat. Pulse lasers for armor destruction and low ammo fallback. 400 SSRM ammo, near max armor. My binds M1: Left 2 MPLs M2: Right MPLs E/Slot 5: All Streaks
Biggest thing I noticed is that you're missing a cAP on this build...which is pretty much required for streaks. First ECM who gets near you negates your firepower down to 32 damage. You might want to drop an SSRM6 down to a SSRM4, freeing up a ton for the cAP in the CT. Won't save you if 2 ECM mechs jump you at once, but at least you can deal with a single ECMer who closes in at the cost of only 2 missiles per salvo.
