This is the way I ran my Tempest since the day I bought it, and I think this loadout works quite well. I've briefly tried other loadouts from around here - SRMs, LPLs, you name it. They all seem to fail in my hands, so I thought I'd share mine. There is one similar build around here (2xLRM15 + 5 MLs, I think), but I like mine better. It's sufficiently hot already so I don't want any more lazors, and three LRM 10s yield a tad higher burst damage than 2xLRM15.
