how do you set up your weapon groups? and just a note, if you drop the mg ammo to the center torso you can put the other dbl hs in the middle torso for more protection.
My weapons group are (1)mlas and (2)mg and splas. I decided not to put the mg ammo in the CT because the Viper suffers a lot of heat related structure damage the way I play it. An ammo explosion in the CT would be fatal and higher probability than an explosion caused by weapons fire to the RT. I have modified my design since first posting this one. I drop the third mlas for another heatsink which is working much better. The ammo load and placement have as yet not been a problem. I suppose you could split it into two half-ton loads in each arm, but I have not had any explosions yet in the RT. Also my build does include the arm and hand actuators, I don't know why smurfy did not save that. Another option, is reducing ammo half a ton and installing a slas or flamer in the left arm.
