SOLVED Way to check on New Replies?

So, old software had a New Posts section and New Replies section. Doesn't seem like there is a way to do this in the New Posts button. I'm sure there's some way to subscribe to a thread I reply in and maybe do it in a roundabout way to check on news posts to 'subscribed' threads, but it was a very nice feature of the old software.

Edit: I do see the Watched Threads button, so now to figure out a way to auto 'watch' threads I post a reply in... without have to actually click a "Watch Thread" button.

 

Any new responses come as alerts if you are watching that thread or if someone quotes you directly it will alert you. It is sort of like having a concierge service with your ongoing threads.

Any other stuff is just in NEW POSTs which will tell you new posts since your last login AND new posts in general (even if you have logged in several times and not read them). It differentiates.

 

done and done - first preference is to auto-watch threads. Now I have my "New Replies" back.

 

Yeah I should really go through and set the preferences for people.. at least the "starting" ones.

The problem is none of that stuff migrated over as they are different.
