Rough DraftI would love to own a website that works like mechspecs.com but allows every user to have their own metamechs.com display of smurfy builds. All on one page, you just pass the link to someone and you have a bunch of builds. That same page would have a brags section, where you post your most prized screenshots labeled with mechs. I would give the users access to their own page to allow for their own customization to the script (In case they want to add guides or put up skill tree screenshots). Another thing I would want is to have a feature designed that creates raw data from a screenshot, and automatically plug it into a globally viewed spreadsheet, on the site's main page. This would plug everybody that was in the screenshot. The spreadsheet would have an option to disable users if they do not want to be displayed in the spreadsheet. I would want every post that you try to make on the website display the site's code of conduct above the post, so they don't have any excuse. I would have hand picked moderators all who are open minded and accepting of criticism. There would be 2 back ups of the website in 2 different locations, every month. There would be another global spreadsheet with builds in it that would compare with stats. (that spreadsheet would have modifiers for inherent quirks.)
Go to your profile and click "Your Content". It is a pretty good start. https://www.mechspecs.com/search/2688347/
Like a bunch of personal garage/wishlists? It's an interesting idea, for sure, but kinda difficult to work into the forum structure. Maybe personalizing the builds a bit more instead of screaming into the void could improve commenting due to social groups forming o.s. You could make a list of favorite builds in your 'About You:' section, as a suggestion?
Negative. Not my dream. Has no purpose. If we had a site like this chances are more people would actively talk about the game and such more stuff would be discovered. (At least until mwo dies)
