Welcome to the WHK-A FIRESUPPORT:

Built and modeled after a strong Brawling variant, the FireSupport offers 3x cLRM15 for solid mid to long range damage output, both directly and indirectly. As you close the distance and have LOS you can offer your targets a beautiful Laser appetizer! This build excels in mid range combat, usually around 300-500m for optimal damage output and missile convergence.
Regrettably, this variant runs hot. However, with proper trigger management, one can put out some serious damage at all ranges w/o overheating! Admittedly, I run 2 cool shots for optimal heat efficiency.

I was looking for it actually, just hadn't gotten there yet as I am doing clan drops at the same time, lol.

I use this with the WHK A rt torso and two 20packs of LRMs. It's nice and balanced.

 

Using the A makes no sense tho, you can use the B and get 10% cooldown bonus AND when one side is destroyed you will be always LRM30, left or right one.

The +15% cooldown arm is a bad idea, too.

with these mods you gain a total of +25% DPS, more ammo, and better cooling eff. (don't look at numbers in smurfy, they don't calculate quirks) :



I find it too hot, this is how I run LRM45 WHK



100% heat eff. on LRMs and then 4MPL that is good amount of medium and short range damage.
