Based on FantasticTuesdays Wubverine build, upgraded with the new LLas quirks. Can alpha 3 times before hitting 80% for quick passes, or you can sequentially fire (805ms with module, without elite skill) for quite a while. Could of gone with an XL 300 but this was better balance with the slot's available and provided the most cooling. With the added cooling, additional armor, and faster speed, brawls are a lot more viable.
4/5, I like this build but the single LL left to not trigger GH bothered me a bit, so I switched to this : So far I'm liking it, the MLs still have 331 range. That said, this build is very good and makes a good use of the quirks, so it's a 4/5 for me.
