I've gotten this. Exit out and go back in to the window and it should update.... clunky coding on their part.
Fact is, regardless of what issue you get, it can always be fixed --- and I do mean always, as in my experience at least, there's never actually been a time where a problem persisted to the point where you were unable to perform a certain action. With this C-Bill issue, as with the Keyboard layout bug you posted about earlier, Vergere, a reload nearly always works; simply cancel, come back in, and try it again. If at times this fails, simply log out and log back in --- it's a bit more extreme, but as you noted yourself, it works. I'm not saying I approve of there being problems such as this in a game, especially one which the developers claim is in "full release". (Honestly though, I think we all know how far out of Beta this game really is.) But seriously, pretty much every online system I've ever had experience with has errors every now and then --- some more often than others, many more frequently than the errors I've experienced with MWO. But there are always workarounds to any given problem, though some may be less simple than others.
but this game was the only one with giant stompy robots. now, that has changed. And I just can't help comparing them to each other. The only place where this wins out is the ability to change mech loadouts. And I haven't experienced any major other bugs in those games. I have yet to spend 2 years in those games, but they have more content out of the box than this game has of yet, and more on the way. I have yet to see new content for this game which excites me. If MWO had anything close to Titanfall, I wouldn't have spent $80 for the premium pack in Titanfall, I would have spent it in MWO. But MWO doesn't have the content Titanfall does. So for now, Titanfall is the better game. But this is all just opinion. The fact remains that I can find problems and bugs with this game, but I can't find them in other games; Titanfall or Hawken. Which surprises me, due to EA being easy fuck ups when it comes to online only content. They got it right with Titanfall.
Didn't touch Titanfall yet with the disaster of their last few games that I was dumb enough to shell out on. EA really isn't a company that anyone can talk about bugless with a straight face due to their history. On the other hand I do keep handing them my money so who is the fool....
