I haven't played with PPC in a very long time. Of course they did do a 10% heat buff to them. Playing this i was impressed with their performance. Left-sided build with LE. Soak damage with the right side. They are more reliable for mechs that have limited energy points and LPPCs dont fill the tonnage. Rating: 5/5
