Named after Summer Glau's character on Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, because she's hot, runs fast, and hits like a truck. The LLs make for a powerful medium-range hit, and the MLs are more of a backup weapon. Alpha strike until you start running hot, then use MLs if fighting on even ground or just the LLs if fighting on rough terrain. It's not the greatest build, but it satisfied the two requirements I had: 1) be faster than a 325 XL (to make use of the fact it can use it) and 2) be 350 XL or lower (to not be less efficient than a Cicada). The result is a pretty quick medium that hits very hard.
I think you can aford to rip off a couple DHS and add some AMS or extra armor. I would say that you can even boost the engine up a bit if you want speed, but you prefer the XL350.
