Pretty much as the title suggests. I wanted to breathe a little life into my TBT's and swapped em around to where I could take advantage of having 15 missile tubes in the chest. It's not meant to be a brawler. It's meant for flanking around and stretching the other team out... so the MPLs are for dealing with lights and fast mediums that move out to engage you. You could probably cut those down to SPLs instead and use the extra weight to bump the engine size up.
If it had more long range punch, I would rate it higher. But a good engine, plenty of ammo, and a tag make it average.
